WE ARE INNOVATE AT

We are a team of Athletic Trainers who’s vision outgrew our expertise. We realized that there was more to what we did than we learned in the classroom – and instead of following the status quo, we decided to break the mold.We learned. We trained.

We grew our expertise and our understanding until we knew what was missing and how to get there. Now, we want to share that understanding with you. Whether you’re looking to enhance your professional understanding within the community, branch out on your own as an AT entrepreneur, or simply join a community full of changemakers, Innovate AT has got your back.

Our Purpose

revolutionize Athletic training

Innovate AT is for the athletic trainer seeking to progress the profession. There’s a groundswell for change within athletic training and many of our colleagues are looking for new opportunities.

ATs from all settings and a variety of career paths are utilizing our tools to show their value to the public.

HERE’S HOW.

OUR Vision

make athletic training mainstream

We want athletic trainers to be empowered to seek out new ideas and create change within the profession.

Change means different things to different people. Whether you want to improve your working relationships with your coaches, be able to show your value that helps you get that salary raise, or completely change your career path, we’re here to help and support you along your journey.

Success is within anyone’s reach, but success without leadership brings limited effectiveness.

OUR Mission

create opportunities for athletic trainers

We want to empower athletic trainers to challenge the status quo and think outside of the box. We’re constantly collaborating with other athletic trainers to pursue a variety of patient care models that will decrease the overall cost of healthcare and increase accessibility for patients.

Innovate AT provides access to resources and support to meet the specific needs of athletic trainers.
